DMXMA Work Health & Safety (WHS) Policy
Introduction
This policy outlines how DMXMA manages health and safety across all training venues. Da Mo Xin Martial Arts (DMXMA) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and developmentally appropriate training environment for all students, instructors, volunteers, parents, and visitors. At the same time, it is important for all instructors, assistant instructors, volunteers, parents, guardians, and students to understand that martial arts is a contact activity, and even with strong safety procedures in place, accidents can still occur.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure DMXMA identifies, manages, and minimises risks so all training activities are conducted safely and responsibly.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all instructors, assistant instructors, volunteers, and any person engaged to support DMXMA classes, workshops, demonstrations, or events.

7. WHS Procedures (Website Summary)
Venue Safety & Risk Management
Before each class, DMXMA will:

Inspect the venue using the Hazard Identification Checklist

Address any identified Hazards ensuring venue setup meets DMXMA safety standards
During regular operations, DMXMA will:
