Tai Ji (Tai Chi) Quan for Health

In this blog, I explore how my practice of Tai Ji Quan has changed my life—and how it’s evolved over time. I began with Chen and Yang styles and later deepened my understanding through Sun Style Tai Ji, guided by Exercise Medicine Australia and Dr Paul Lam’s Tai Ji for Arthritis programs. Today, Tai ji Quan is the cornerstone of my post-exercise recovery and ongoing emotional wellbeing.
